These terms are the rules for using Student Business Hub. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can join

Student Business Hub is built for college students and the people who shop with them. You must be at least 13 years old, and you’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your listings

You’re responsible for what you sell or offer, including following your school’s housing and food-handling policies and any local laws. Listings must be accurate and must not offer anything illegal or unsafe.

Payments and meetups

Student Business Hub doesn’t process payments and isn’t part of any sale. Arrange payment directly with the other student, only pay for what you receive, and meet in public places. See the safety tips on our Support page.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use the app to scam, spam, or bully anyone.

• You can report any business from its page or from a conversation, and you can block anyone who messages you.
• We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the accounts responsible may be suspended or deleted.
• Tips that use profanity or slurs are blocked automatically.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it in the app so it can work as intended, for example showing your listing on the campus map. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Promotional emails

We may occasionally email you news and promotions about Student Business Hub. You can opt out anytime in the app’s Settings or by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any promotional email.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” Businesses on Student Business Hub are run by independent students and aren’t verified or endorsed by us, so use your judgment. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for purchases, meetups, or disputes between users.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top and let you know about significant changes.
